April 17 I Just Might Take A Nose Dive!This is very crazy but....I think.....I just might......My entire family and friends are encourageing me to try out for Big Brother. They will be here in Memphis and will be doing live casting. Can I do this? I don't know. But, my personality is outraguous and I like to take chances so what'd you all think I should do? It'd be funny, cuz I am older, but I am alot of fun. And I did loose alot of weight and I can let America see me. I'm not intimated or such. i want/need the money!!! Well, doesn't everyone... really. So should I do it? Let me know. They're in town May 3rd.........Excited to hear what you all have to say. April 15 Hello AllHi all. I have been MIA for awhile. I have been extremely busy. Not to busy for working out. With Spring here I've been out doing alot of yard work. :Planting, gardening, just plain old cleaning up winter's debris. Getting the outside appearence some good curb appeal. As for my weight loss, it sucks, I gained 2 lbs. but I wasn't watching what I was eating. Back on track this week. I just have to get those unwanted last 15/20 pounds off. I will do it. Just need to kick my ass back into gear. How has everyone been. I promise I won't wait so long to post again. I am still here. Tonight's show will be awesome. I can hardly wait. Hey Marcus and Amber.....HOW"S L.A.? Are you having the time of your life? April 09 Okay / Who Do You Think IS Going To WIN...?Hello All  and may I start this off with  to the fabulous 5 teams that won! WTG! As you know each and every one that is here and did the MPM are winners. So with that said, I think that this season is now finally a season for women, sorry guys, but it had to happen sometime. My guess whom I think just might win next week is....drumroll plz....ALI. This would be some fum if you all would put your guess down. I would appreciate it. And don't forget to vote either Roger or Mark. I did my voting and well here in my house it is split. But I am confident with the choice I made. Again, Congrats to the fine five team who won and of course my buddies Marcus and Amber.......Don't forget put down you choice who you think will win on The Finale.....................April 02 Something Wonderful Happened!I just came home from my Spinal session and the most wonderful thing happened. At the doctor's office, his assistant was strapping me in the (whatever they call it) like a hoist around your waist that attaches to a machine that has weights that pulls your spine. Well while she was securing the belt she said --Gosh you are so smal!!l... It just made my day. That hasn't been said to me in so so so long! She then again said you are so tiny.........well if the scales aren't saying anything, people are noticing. That's good. I just wanted to share this with you all. Gosh, do I FEEL good. MPM- Conclusion/winners?Well, I for one thought that some one of YOU would have won! As for myself and Erika, I know absolutly nothing about web design. Or much about the computer to put it that way .  I am 51 and this was my frist site to set up. I kinda liked it myself. Thought that for a beginner I did a okay job. There are so many wonderful sites in this community of friends that should have won. Did anyone send in a self addressed envelope? That will explain the winners. Anyway my friends.........We are ALL WINNERS. We found each other at this and shall continue on until the end Are you with me? Hello Friends. I must say that I have been MIA latley, Sorry! But with that said. I have not gained any weight. Still the same. Boy, when they say that you are close to goal ( normal weight) the harder it is to loose, they ain't kidding. Also, since starting this Spinal Decompression treatment, I have not been exercising like I was. Just getting in my 3 miles on the Treadmill and some biking and Ellipical. Other than that no pwer weight trainning, no boot camp. I will and am trying to get some of that in this week. The back is so much better. Less and less pain each and every week. This is my 4th week, I have 8 more to go. Now, Last nights BL show was awesome. I am glad to see that Kelly and Ali are still there. Maybe we will have our FIRST female Biggest Loser.
