Well, Well, Well, did anyone watch Big Brother? I have to say that they really picked the wrong Red-head for this season. It should have been me!!! I sure the hell would have been a better houseguest. Renny is sure annoying and I can't stand her. What the hell were they thinkin when the chose her, they could of had ME! I would have kicked some butt and already would have had many alliances.........Oh my GOD! i will not give up I'm just Gonna still apply to the show and try again and again. Thanks to all those who supported me... But in other kind words, I think it'll be a really good season.

Well these Monday's seem to come around faster and faster. Could someone please put a hold on the week-end? LOL Where do the week-ends go? Did I sleep through them? Nope just got lots to do and the day flies by. Anyway a BIG ,hey hello to all you out there in this cyber world, my friends. I haven't been exercising the past few weeks. Need to get back doing so or I'll be falling in a bad rut. It has been god for awful hot here in the South, so I have been hanging around the pool soaking up the sun. (Might I add, In a Bikini also) Thought I'd sweat off some pounds, naw didn't work. So what has everyone been up to, what plans to you all have for the 4th of July since it is just around the corner? Me, I am just gonna have a garage sale and rid myself of those extra large clothes I will never get into any longer, Boy that sound so GOOD to Say! Those pounds GONE FORVER! I say

HEY! Yep, I back. I'm Alive. So sorry you caught me MIA. Been having my bath and kitchen re-done. Shower has been re-tiled and then on to the Kitchen. So life here at the Rockin Robin home has , well, need to say, in a up-roar. Time sure flies. It is sad to say this is halfway or just about, through June, and well. the season of BB 10 starts on July 13th ( which is my Birthday) and to let all know I have not heard a damn word from the BB casting. I thought for sure I would, as I KNOW the first round went very well. I guess I am to OLD. And then another year added on the 13th. Don't that suck. With age comes, beauty, humor, drama, experience hell, just down right fun!! Their LOSS entirely. Age discrimanation ya think? LOL What are they thinking. I sure would bring something interesting and exciting to the show....... Been poking Ole Bessie with the good luck pin and she ain't working. Guess she only like the Bad Luck pin. LOL Well maybe next time ( Chit, then I be even older) I know I cold win this. Don't they know I NEED THE FRICKEN MONEY, so there would be no stopping me..........Stop and say Hi, I've missed ya all!

Today I weighed in and I have lost one of the pounds I gained. YAHOO! They are not intended to stay with me. Five more to go! (The ones I gained that is) I just have to keep my mind, body and soul focused. It's just excerising and for going those delicious foods that I love. Portions control!! Hey! Hello.......well the boot camp style of working out is really killing my bod. I am sore. goes to tell ya when ya get lazy and slack up ,those muscles do too. Today I pushed myself with a weight loss pre-programmed program on my bike. I whipped 400 calories in just 30 minutes on the dang bike. whew!! I was sweatin like a pig. Then off for a 2 mile power walk, back in to do some weight trainning. Now, that it's over, I feel so damn good!!!!! Go again on Friday. As for thursday's work-out, the ellipical and some weight trainning. Remember go to www.kroger.com to vote for the bags I designed. Thanks.

Good Monday Morning everyone. Well, I fell off the wagon so to speak. I drank and I ate and I did not work out and guess what? You got it, I gained. Well reality hit me in the face when I weighed in and , chit (sp delibrately) No more eating what I want and not exercising. Back to the grunge of watching what I eat. And getting off my duff to get back to exercising. Now instead of those last 10lbs to loose I have 16lbs to loose and summer is just around the corner. Pool, surfing, sunbathing, snorkleing (all swimsuit activities)gotta get it off. So I have engaged my son, his girlfrind (who lives with us) and my husband to do boot camp workouts every evening with me. Yep, I am putting their butts to a work out as well. I think that we will have alot of fun doing this boot camp. Each one of us will use a machine 20 mins. we have 4 in our gym ( at home) and then hit some weights and end with some yaga stretches. I am deterimed to get this weight off and they need it too!.......Oh and please keep praying I recieved that extremely wanted call back from BB. Still in waitng.....ugh!!!

Hi all! Well, I am still waiting,( gosh I feel as though I a woman in waiting...ha ha) for that badly wanted call from the casting of Big Brother. It is May 15th and time is a tickin. I don't wanna give up. Heck, I WILL NOT! Not until the lady sings... I thought for sure that my first round with them went really, really well. But, I went into this knowing that they know who, and what they are exactly looking for. ME!!!!! Hoping. Anyway I know he liked me, (the casting guy that asked us questions) he just has to convience the other casting crew as well and let's not forget all of the thousands and thousands who applied.....If they don't choose me, well, needless to say, they will loose such a fun filled and hilarous person. It'll be such a loss, on their part. I sure would give them the run of entertainment with Ole Bessie. (voodoo doll) and of course ME!!!. Now , don't get me wrong you all, I just know I could win this. Say a little prayer for me, pray for that miracle call to come my way!

Hip Hip Horray! I got a CLEAN bill of Health. No more spinal decompression. It worked. I am pain Free. I'm discharged . I only now go into the chiropactor 1x a week and that is just for wellness care. Do I feel Good? Damn bet cha I do! Still in waitng for my big dream to come true. I sure hate this waiting game. But, I keep reminding myself, the motto "Good Things come to Those Who Wait" sucks though, not knowing.........Pray for me, wish me all the luck in the world! and keep your fingers crossed That I get that call.

As I posted yesterday......I took the nose dive. Have you ever done something really off the wall. wacky, or just something that you really really want to do? Gosh, never say never. I use to think that way. But doing the casting call was really something I really wanted to do. It is in my dreams. Tell me if you go after what your dreams are, do they really come true? I had to postpone my dreams with a rotten first marriage, then kids came along and now it is TIME FOR ME. Selfish you say, nope, just going after something I want. Some say I'm to old, I say hell no. The only thing in this life is time. It is not time for me to sit back and do nothing. As my motto always has been and will always be......"TURN THE PAGE" Go Forward and Finish What You started. ..... Vented...........Go for the Gosto!!! WAITING is a Biacth!!

You guys .......I DID IT! I did go and do the casting call for Big Brother. Damn and I hope I get called for round 2. It was fun. I was me. I felt so comfortable, that was scarry, I was myself all the way. I did this going in and thinking....they don't want me, I'm to old and I'm doing this just for fun and so on NOW< I want them to call me back. I really want to do this. Can't tell you anymore. Okay, how has everyone been? I have not lost anything more but holding the same. Been really busy, SORRY, I was MIA but really . Fill me in on all the goodies.........

This is very crazy but....I think.....I just might......My entire family and friends are encourageing me to try out for Big Brother. They will be here in Memphis and will be doing live casting. Can I do this? I don't know. But, my personality is outraguous and I like to take chances so what'd you all think I should do? It'd be funny, cuz I am older, but I am alot of fun. And I did loose alot of weight and I can let America see me. I'm not intimated or such. i want/need the money!!! Well, doesn't everyone... really. So should I do it? Let me know. They're in town May 3rd.........Excited to hear what you all have to say.

Hi all. I have been MIA for awhile. I have been extremely busy. Not to busy for working out. With Spring here I've been out doing alot of yard work. :Planting, gardening, just plain old cleaning up winter's debris. Getting the outside appearence some good curb appeal. As for my weight loss, it sucks, I gained 2 lbs. but I wasn't watching what I was eating. Back on track this week. I just have to get those unwanted last 15/20 pounds off. I will do it. Just need to kick my ass back into gear. How has everyone been. I promise I won't wait so long to post again. I am still here. Tonight's show will be awesome. I can hardly wait. Hey Marcus and Amber.....HOW"S L.A.? Are you having the time of your life? I am jealous..lol Okay you two I am waiting for info..........Hope to see you two and the other winners and the TV tonight........Until later...Happy weight loss.

I just came home from my Spinal session and the most wonderful thing happened. At the doctor's office, his assistant was strapping me in the (whatever they call it) like a hoist around your waist that attaches to a machine that has weights that pulls your spine. Well while she was securing the belt she said --Gosh you are so smal!!l... It just made my day. That hasn't been said to me in so so so long! She then again said you are so tiny.........well if the scales aren't saying anything, people are noticing. That's good. I just wanted to share this with you all. Gosh, do I FEEL good.

Updated Workout
Every Morning a power walk on the Treadmill for 50 mins. add in another 30 min. walk in the Afternoon up to 6 x's a week In the evening do The Biggest Loser DVD Workout alternating the Cardio and the Power Sculpt 5 x's a week
Work out routine
On Mon. Wed. Fri. Workout with Biggest Loser Dvd cardio Tues. Thurs. Power sculpt to Biggest Loser Dvd 5 x a week also doing ifit weightloss workout on Nordic Trac Treadmill. Also throwing in Ellip. and work out programs on New Balnace 6500 recombent bike.
Diet
1200 to 1300 caloric diet portions control and 2 low calorie snaks a day Low gylcemic diet No bread,pasta,flour products or Potatos. High in Fiber, Protein and Lots of veggies and fruit.
