How we are going to help each other..
Phone each other often throughout the day, encoranging each other to exercise. Go over daily diets. Be uplifting for each other. We are mother/daughter together we will loose weight, have engery, be healthy. Be happy --Build selfesteem.Push, Push, Push

Our goals are to become as Healthy as we can. Learn the value of exercise Learn the proper portion control of foods Stop over eating we eating out, emotional Choose a healthier and control lifestyle for the rest of our lives. Maintain a normal weight.
Diet
1200 to 1300 caloric diet portions control and 2 low calorie snaks a day Low gylcemic diet No bread,pasta,flour products or Potatos. High in Fiber, Protein and Lots of veggies and fruit.
Work out routine
On Mon. Wed. Fri. Workout with Biggest Loser Dvd cardio Tues. Thurs. Power sculpt to Biggest Loser Dvd 5 x a week also doing ifit weightloss workout on Nordic Trac Treadmill. Also throwing in Ellip. and work out programs on New Balnace 6500 recombent bike.
Updated Workout
Every Morning a power walk on the Treadmill for 50 mins. add in another 30 min. walk in the Afternoon up to 6 x's a week In the evening do The Biggest Loser DVD Workout alternating the Cardio and the Power Sculpt 5 x's a week
